Rindge, New Hampshire

Named in honor of Daniel Rindge, a member of the NH Provincial Council. Historically, Rindge has been an agricultural community, although its soil is very rocky. It became an educational center after Franklin Pierce University was established in 1962. Rindge is home to the outdoor Cathedral of the Pines, and to one of the largest church/meeting houses in northern New England.
